Three weeks to get yourself back
Body, mind, energy and habits. Three weeks with a day-by-day plan, a private group that keeps you going, and Pao right there with you. It isn't a diet. It's getting back to yourself.
Real food, fibre, and meal times that repeat.
Water and herbal tea spread across the day.
What time you close the day, and how you close it.
Something every day. Consistency, not the gym.
What you're still doing on day 22. That's the one that counts.
Boldo, milk thistle, chamomile, chicory, ginger. This is where the formulas that go with the reset come from.
It wasn't for lack of wanting it, or of information. The internet is full of free plans, and not one of them texts you on the day you're about to quit. That's the only thing that's different here — and it's exactly what gets you to day 21.
They don't ask about your health or your weight. They ask about your routine: when you eat, how you sleep, what stopped you the last time. At the end you'll see your day drawn out, and the first thing worth changing.
This is not a health test or a diagnosis — they're questions about habits and timing. If something about how you feel worries you, that's one for a healthcare professional.
Day 2 and day 19 are not the same thing. Each week has its own focus — which is why there's a plan and not just a list of products.
You drop what's in the way: hidden sugar, snacking, ultra-processed food. More water, meals at set times. It's the hardest week, which is why it's the most supported.
Your body has stopped fighting you. In come the recipes, moving a little every day, sleeping better. This is where people start to feel different.
What doesn't stick is worthless. The last week is about leaving you with your own method: what you keep, what you drop, and how you carry on once it ends.
The same day, sorted out.
Look at the two columns. On the left, an ordinary Tuesday. On the right, the same Tuesday inside the reset. The difference isn't willpower — it's having already decided what you eat for breakfast, when you eat lunch, and when the lights go off.
That's the whole trick, and it's why it works: when there's nothing to decide, there's nothing to resist.
Traditional Chinese medicine has arranged it this way for two thousand years: every emotion you carry has its organ. It isn't physiology and it isn't a diagnosis — it's an old way of saying something nobody argues with today: what's in your head shows up in how you sleep, in what you reach for at six in the evening, and in whether you make it to day 21 or quit on day 6.
That's why week 2 isn't about food. It's about sleeping, stopping, and turning the volume down in your head. Without that half, the other half doesn't hold — and on day 22 you're back where you started.

What you can't buy anywhere is someone messaging you on day 9, when you've already skipped two meals and you're about to give up. That's what you're actually booking.
Every morning you know what's on: what you eat, what you take, what you do. No deciding on an empty stomach, which is when it falls apart.
A place where nobody explains what you already know and everyone is on the same day. That's where it holds.
Questions, bad days, and "I don't know if I'm doing this right". Answered by a person, not a PDF.
Real food from a normal supermarket. Nothing you have to order online.
I'll tell you how it works, what you need and what you don't, and we'll sort out your situation specifically. No commitment.
I'll tell you which products make sense for how your days actually go, and they reach you before we start.
I tell you when the next group opens, you get the day 1 plan, and we're off together. Nobody starts on their own — that's why it works.
No. Nothing gets weighed and there are no fixed menus. It's a 21-day plan to reorder habits: how you eat, when, how much you sleep and how much you move. If you want a diet measured in grams, this isn't it.
Yes — it's built for that. Everything fits into a normal working day and the recipes travel in a lunchbox. What you do need is ten minutes at night to look at tomorrow's plan.
No. You can do the reset with just the plan and the support. The supplements back up the routine; they aren't the reset itself. I'll tell you honestly which ones make sense for you and which you can skip.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, and do what they say. Food supplements can interfere with some treatments and I'm not a healthcare professional. If your doctor says no, you don't join, and that's fine.
Nobody does all 21 days perfectly, me included. The plan is built to be picked back up: miss a day and you carry on where you were, you don't go back to the start. That's what the group is for.
US$149 for the full 21 days: the daily plan, the private group and the support. If you want to add any of the products, we'll work that out in the conversation based on your case — I'm not going to pile all of them on you for the sake of it.
I close the group the day before we start so I can actually look after everyone. Leave it until tomorrow and the next one is three weeks away.
